Disclaimer: I am no expert in tasting food nor im pretending to be one. This is not a food review in fact there are a lot of reviews of curious kitchen food out there. This article aims to introduce some of the picked dishes on their menu to give you an idea about what are available when you visit them. The dishes mentioned on this article are not the only ones available on Curious Kitchen’s menu. In fact there are quite few others that caught my attention. For the moment, let me introduce you to their top dishes I have tasted so far.
Let’s just jump into it. For starters, the Magro & Mash was the most recommend when we asked around. I immediately ordered it without hesitation and boy I was on point. Before we could eat, the need to take photos of the food immediate jolted me so I brought it somewhere where light is abundant.

If you want something other than beef and pork, you may start it with the Surume Ika. Japanese pacific squid grilled and smoked. Not your ordinary squid I must tell you.
Always found the same spot I shoot with the Magro & Mash so I shot few photos before heading to the next item on the menu.
The Iberico Top Loin was so far the game changer for me that night. Not only does it look like beef, it tastes like beef and the texture is like beef. It could easily be mistaken as beef. It has less fat and more lean meat. This dish comes with their own wasabi sauce. Make sure you try it with the wasabi.
To be honest this was my first taste of the Iberico and I bet you you won’t feel any guilt of eating pork at all.
We all know that bone marrow in beef is really really good to eat. I just love it. Not to mention the meat itself. You’ll have to try it for yourself.
Here’s another photo of it.
They also have house wines to choose from. Make sure you have a glass or two while eating. Their wines are from Australia and New Zealand.
For desert, they have three to choose from. Creme Brulee, Chocolate Mousse and Lemon Meringue Pie.
The Lemon Merngue Pie is something you won’t normally get to taste for deserts. I love how strange it is but at the same time still satisfyingly great.
That’s all for now, do check them out. Curious Kitchen is ideal if you want to impress someone or celebrate anniversary with your love one. It is also ideal for corporate gatherings, launch, team dinners or just hanging out with your friends. Did I mention they have a dedicated bar separate from their dining area? And yeah, they are located on the second floor so at night, you’ll be breathing fresh air while dining or sipping your bottle of beer with your company.
Let me know your experience with them from the comments section below.
I did share about the story of their Wagyu Beef and Malaysian Airlines controversy. Do check it out.
