Authentic Street Food Ramen – Yatai Yakitori Opens In Lazi, Siquijor, Philippines

Yatai Yakitori Ramen is well known  as the first and original Japanese Ramen Kiosk in the Philippines! Authentic ramen without hurting your pockets. They are intended for the masses and with them opening a branch in Siquijor, local island residents and visiting tourists will now have the opportunity to taste ramen and any of their offerings without going to the city.

The franchise hit Manila by storm and now can be found in major spots around Metro Manila. What even made it blow up was when the owner of the franchise Joselito Chua was interviewed by a major tv network personality in Manila.

Yatai Yakitori Ramen is a food truck concept which means that they can serve customers in the 6 towns of Siquijor as they are mobile. They will be based majority of the time in Lazi, Siquijor but will be moving from time to time within the island where they’ll be able to fully serve the public.

The Food

They serve mainly ramen and rice topping dishes and some side dishes like Gyoza, Kimchi and Takoyaki. I have tasted two of their ramen dishes and I could say that it really tastes authentic and comparable to those ramen from expensive restaurants. The good thing is, theirs is way cheaper without compromising the taste and ingredients.
